At HR Vault, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional digital templates built from real HR experience. We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from us.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold by HR Vault are digital downloads. Because our files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on digital products except in the circumstances outlined below.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • Your files did not download or were corrupted and we were unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product
  • You do not have the software required to open the files (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Google Sheets — all of which are free or widely available)
  • You have already downloaded and accessed the files

Before requesting a refund, please contact us. Most issues can be resolved quickly:

  • Wrong files received → we will send the correct ones immediately
  • Files not downloading → we will troubleshoot and resend
  • Compatibility issues → we will guide you through opening them

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The email address used at checkout
  3. A description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute it with evidence of file delivery and download.
